All bookings to be made via Airbnb: AirBnB booking

• Bookings for up to 10 guests will automatically be offered both properties
• Bookings for up to 8 guests will be offered the main house only
• Bookings for up to 8 guests who would also like the Coach House for one or two in their party should book for 10 to include this
• Infants under 2 do not count
• Min stay 3 nights
• Bookings for peak times ie: July & August, Easter, Christmas & New may be for more than 3 nights
• Bookings at these peak times are based on price charged for 10 guests
• Max stay 31 consecutive nights
• No hen or stag parties
• No parties or events including small weddings
• No smoking
• No stiletto heels on wood floors
• No lit candles permitted
• Flying of drones is strictly prohibited
• Dogs permitted in the main house - downstairs only & not on the furniture
• No dogs permitted in the Coach House
• No additional guests - maximum 8 guests in the main house
• No additional guests - maximum 2 guests in the Coach House
• Guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean & tidy
• Arrival time from 4pm (eta to be confirmed in advance)
• Departure by 10am
• Damage & breakages will be charged for

• The gardens at Aros are private for the use and enjoyment solely of guests staying there. They are not completely fenced in so care and supervision will be needed with dogs and young children

• The main stairs in Aros have wide shallow treads and are fully carpeted (photo in the gallery) but please note if bringing young children that there are no stair gates
